  Mark did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He is polite, his work is fantastic. It took much less time than I anticipated. Will definitely being calling this company next year!

  5 stars I would highly recommend them to anyone I know! They were professional and after meeting my puppy asked about any accidents he might have had so they could do extra work on those areas. Mark and his son talked to my kids while they were here and complimented how polite they were. The carpets came out sparking and now I am trying to keep it that clean! They exceeded my expectations! ❤️

  The gentleman showed up with his son and they were extremely pleasant. They had an issue with the pump on their truck and instead of rescheduling they respected the fact that I had taken time off to be home. They left and had the pump repaired then returned to do the job. I was extremely please with the job they did and the fact that they respected my time. I highly suggest you use this company if you need your carpets cleaned!

  Agree with the other reviews, Mark is professional, easy to work with, timely, reasonably priced, etc! I hired him to clean carpets in a house we had just bought. The carpets were old and dingy. The stairs and a stain in a bedroom were the worst of it. Mark did a great job bringing lift back to the carpets where he could. Stairs were vastly improved and so was the large stain - which I knew before hand was not likely to come out given the color and size and age of it. But I am still impressed with how well he did to improve the worst of it and make the rest look great. He was also flexible about throwing in a last minute couch that was inherited with the move. He then contacted me first thing the next day to make sure I was happy/satisfied. I would gladly work with him again although my plan is to eventually rip up the carpets and install hardwood. So even if I don’t need his services again I will still gladly refer! Thanks mark!

  Twice this co. Has been able to schedule us in last minute. First time was the week of Thanksgiving, then this past week as well. A job well done, leaves carpet clean and smelling fresh. Mark is very courteous and polite. Recommend highly!!!!

  I used a Groupon to purchase the service which was marked as redeemed before I ever contacted them, which I thought was sketchy, but they set up my appointment. The pair that showed up were nice and initially seemed to do a good job, as the carpet looked clean, but it was also very wet. It took almost two days to dry. By the third day it didn’t even look like the carpets had been cleaned. And by the fourth day my husband, using a small bissell carpet cleaner, did a section in one of the bedrooms they had cleaned and the water that was extracted looked like chocolate milk. I am unable to post on Groupon for some reason And would call and complain but would rather have a reputable cleaner come in....

  A great company. We had carpet cleaned with spots in our basement. All areas came out super. We had a large carpeted room cleaned. It is a light carpet that had been “abused” by our 2 1/2 year old puppy. All looks great and smells good too. We also had 2 very large sofas cleaned they look terrific. Next we will have a very large kitchen tile floor cleaned. I can hardly wait I see how nice the grout will look Very professional and nice to work with.
